Step inside to a bright and welcoming open-concept living area filled with natural light and modern touches. Relax on the plush leather sofa, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or unwind after a day of exploring Boise. The open layout creates a comfortable, airy atmosphere ideal for both relaxing and gathering.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. The bright, open layout connects the kitchen to the living space, creating a comfortable flow for cooking, dining, and relaxing.

Bedrooms & Layout
This single-level home features two full bedrooms, each with a comfortable Queen-size bed and premium linens for restful sleep. The primary bedroom includes French doors that open directly to the patio and spacious backyard. A third room is set up as a dedicated office, perfect for remote work, and includes a fold-out single futon for one additional guest if needed. The home includes two full bathrooms — one with a shower/tub combination in the hall and a large glass-enclosed shower in the primary suite.

Outdoor Space & Backyard
Step outside to your private backyard retreat featuring outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, Adirondack chairs, and space for games. Enjoy a friendly match of corn hole, relax in the fresh Idaho air, or dine outdoors. The spacious yard provides a peaceful setting after a day of adventure.

Bikes, Garage & Convenience
Two cruiser bikes are provided for your use — perfect for riding to Bown Crossing, the Boise Greenbelt, and nearby parks. The home also includes garage parking for one vehicle for added convenience and security.

Outdoor Adventure & Prime Location
This location is ideal for enjoying Boise’s outdoor lifestyle. Barber Park and the Boise River (summer floating) are just minutes away. The Boise Greenbelt is within easy reach for biking, walking, and running. Nearby Helen B. Lowder Park offers pickleball, basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts. Hiking trails, golf courses, and outdoor recreation are all close by.

Walk to Bown Crossing & Close to Downtown
Bown Crossing — one of Boise’s most loved neighborhoods — is nearby, offering restaurants, cafes, shopping, and the public library. The Idaho Shakespeare Festival is just a short bike ride or drive away during summer and early fall. Downtown Boise and Boise State University are about 10–15 minutes away, with easy access to the rest of the Treasure Valley.
