Nice little property for a quick stay. Obviously a new remodel still in progress so some things need to be upgraded and cleaned up The location was convenient and quiet neighborhood. Listing says patio but there is no landscaping on property and no patio tables/chairs which would have been nice. So, not really a functioning patio. Property manager was very responsive and frequently checked in.

Cozy, comfortable stay in Meridian. Location was perfect. The house was very clean with a full kitchen, very comfortable recliners and couches in the front room and two spacious bedrooms. The neighborhood was quiet, and we were able to enjoy two peaceful nights.We brought a dog, and she found the backyard a great place to go out and stretch her legs. There is a pet fee of 100, but it’s hard to find places that accept pets, so it was definitely worth it.Overall, a stellar experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again if I’m in the area. Highly recommended.
