Golden Sage Gathering House

Very good

Stay far away from this place. They will slap with rules after you pay for your stay and have you sign a rental agreement for them. House is filthy , they do a very bad job at cleaning, stove was filthy, pet hair & stains all over couch we couldn’t even use it. Fan does not work & they don’t care to help , they want you to keep the temp at a specific degree while it’s 90 degrees out they wont provide a vacuum unless you escalate to support , and the place will need to be vacuumed UPON ARRIVAL, trash and recycle were SO FULL we couldn’t put trash in the trash bin, flys were everywhere ! & they expect you to pull out bins you never filled , rotting vegetables sitting on top of the washer none of the appliances were wiped down no soap in the hall bathroom. They walked into the place without any permission , huge violation of privacy! We had an agreement and they don’t care , they simply will do as they please because they manage tons of houses! they will keep your mail too
