The Clubhouse

Positive: Family friendly. The game room was awesome! Negative: Layout was confusing but the unit itself is massive and a fun time for the whole family.

This was a very disappointing experience due to both the condition of the property and the host’s unprofessional behavior. -One of the beds was broken upon arrival. Julie admitted she was already aware of the issue and offered a blow-up mattress as a replacement. -The upstairs AC was not working (theater room). It was nearly 90°F outside, making the upstairs area extremely uncomfortable. -When I asked Julie whether the AC issue was disclosed in the listing, she responded, “I guess not,” confirming that this known issue was not communicated to guests beforehand. -I called Julie O’Meara multiple times from my phone and received no response. She only answered when I called from a different number. -When I asked about the replacement mattress, Julie responded rudely and stated, “I’ll get it when I get it.” - never received it. - During our phone conversation, she was dismissive, unprofessional, and extremely rude. I appreciate the full refund, however, I would not recommend staying here.

Pots and pans a bit old (I did not feel comfortable using them) Bring your own if you plan to cook. Also the outside of the house could use some yard work maintenance.
