- **Susie**: "It’s a great place and we’ve stayed before but not letting us know the AC was broken was a real bummer. We arrived after 9:00 PM, it was a 90+ degree day and the place was like a sauna. When I asked about it they said sorry and to use fans and it would get fixed in morning. No screens on windows in bedroom, ground level windows so could not open them. We suffered a very hot night. Next day was me calling & texting them and no sign of repair team or preemptive communication. We ended up bailing due to heat, another scorcher. They did refund their nightly fees but I had to call and text several times and it was 10 days before refund came through. We were out Airbnb fees so it still cost money. Bad experience in a good place. If everything works it would be good place to stay" (4/5)
