Our kitchen is a chef's dream with gleaming quartz countertops, stylish subway tile backsplash, and brand-new appliances – plus all the cookware and gadgets you need to whip up everything from your morning coffee to a full family feast. Gather around our dining table that seats 6 for meals, games, or planning the next day's adventures.

Let me tell you about the bedrooms – we've created three distinct spaces to suit every preference. Our two adjoining queen bedrooms are a perfect example of "different strokes for different folks" – one vibrant and energizing, the other cool and calming. Can't decide? You'll have to try both! For families or friends traveling together, our third bedroom features two comfy twin beds in a peaceful setting that's perfect for both kids and adults.

We've just completed a gorgeous modern bathroom renovation downstairs that'll make you feel like you're at a boutique hotel. Between this and our second bathroom, morning routines are a breeze even with a full house. And don't worry about packing your entire bathroom cabinet – we've stocked both with essentials including a hairdryer and fresh linens.

Dog parents, we haven't forgotten about your four-legged family members! Your pups will love lounging on our covered back patio while you enjoy your morning coffee or evening relaxation at the outdoor table and chairs.

The updates don't stop at the bathroom – we've recently installed beautiful hardwood floors throughout, given the exterior a fresh coat of paint, and spruced up the landscaping to create that perfect cottage charm.

Location? It couldn't be better! You're just minutes from BSU, Manitou Park, and downtown Boise. Whether you're heading to a game, catching a show at the Morrison Center, or exploring the Boise River Greenbelt, everything's right at your fingertips. And with so many great restaurants and cafes within walking distance, you might find yourself extending your stay just to try them all!
