The location of the property is what drew us to this unit. It was very conveniently located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was easy to get to from the freeway. If you have more than one car, parking is a bit tricky. The unit itself is a little run down. The fridge in the kitchen worked but was damaged and had broken shelves and lights. The AC units had a hard time keeping up with the heat and were very loud. One of the bedrooms did not have an AC unit so it was very warm in that room. The bedroom with an AC unit had the loudest AC unit. The bed in the bedroom with the half bath did not seem like a queen size bed. The box spring was missing a cover which made it look out of place. The bed itself did not hold weight of two adults. Some finer touches for cleaning could have been better. The soap dispenser in the full bath was full of water and not soap so I bought hand soap of my own. The blankets on the bed appeared not to be washed in some time, we found them covered in dog hair and toe nail clippings. The shower curtain had hair from the prior occupant on the shower side, was stained and in need of replacing. No rugs were laid out in the bathrooms and the toilets were slow to flush. The decor was nice and there was a lot of effort put into the theme for the unit. A few more finishing touches in the kitchen and bathrooms would have made this a gem of a place to stay. Likely would not stay there again.
