Positive: בית נקי, מאורגן מבחינת כל הכלי מטבח, האמבטיה מגבות , כלי רחצה כו' וכולל מצעים וכלי מיטה(גבו 5 דולר על מצעים שזה סכום זעום לשהייה של חודשיים במקום ובכל זאת זה אמור להיות כלול במחיר ולא להיות מחייב בנפרד). סביבה מעולה יש סופמרקט ובעלי הבית נחמדים. Negative: בוצעו עבודות שיפוץ לבית ששכרנו ליד חלון חדר השינה משעה 7 בבוקר(בבוייסי בחורף עדיין חשוך הזריחה ב8 ורבע בבוקר ואנחנו היינו ישנים (האירו בפרוזקטור ועשו רעש מחריד כמה שעות ) ללא הודעה מוקדמת וללא התחשבות. מצער מאוד!
